Happy 1st Birthday Odin!!

We had a nice day yesterday with Odin celebrating his 1st Birthday. It's hard to believe that one year has already gone by. Bryce and I were talking about how much love and happiness we have been blessed with since Odin has come into our lives. We are excited to see what the next year holds for us.

If you will notice, Mommy baked a cake, made homemade frosting and then decorated it! Not to brag (but I will), I think it turned out quite nice. Odin enjoyed eating it and of course I think he enjoyed playing with it more! More importantly, I hope that O likes his parents just as much as we like him :)

Pool Time ~

Odin enjoyed his time in his pool yesterday. He finally mastered getting in and out of the pool without landing on his face (which you will see in the video)!

Prom 2009 - You Decide!

Bryce and I enjoyed our first prom together on July 4th. I'm pretty sure that the high school girls I teach would love to get their hands on some of our dresses!

More fun at the lake ~

We had some beautiful weather at the lake this last time we were there and Odin had a blast playing outside, exploring and hanging out with his cousins!

Good Times at the Lake ~

Since Memorial Weekend, we've been having some fun up at the lake. We can't wait to spend more time there this summer. Odin absolutely enjoys playing outside and loves the sand and water. I just wish he wouldn't feel the need to eat everything he sees on the ground!

A true Uselman!

Odin had a little bit of fun yesterday as he was getting into the liquor cabinet...hmmm, I think we need a child proof latch there too! Will that latch help when he's 16??
